The service promotes and makes proper provision for the welfare, care and protection of service users.

There are systems in place to ensure that unnecessary risks to the health, welfare or safety of service users are identified, managed and where possible eliminated.

S4

The premises and grounds are safe, well maintained and suitable for their stated purpose.
