- Post fall observations can be enabled on a location basis. It will prompt care staff are to check residents automatically by creating a 'check OK' planned diary event following the evidencing of a fall on the Care App

Best use of MCM
Although there may be no apparent injury at the time of a fall, signs of head injury or other complications may arise some time after. To keep residents safe from harm – care providers should periodically check that residents are okay following a fall. Ensure post fall observations are enabled for your home. This can be found in the location edit page under Admin > Organisation details. You can specify the required strategy to define the intervals at which a planned ‘check ok’ will be created.
