• Every care note entered on Mobile Care Monitoring asks how the resident was
• This shows whichever smiley face that was entered on the resident’s picture for 2 hours, during which time it gradually disappears
• This allows care staff to see at a glance who’s been seen recently and who has not, along with how everyone is doing
• Staff should be in the habit of popping in to see a resident if no smiley face is present on their picture
