Actions to track for reviews helps care planners to make more informed reviews
On each ADL you can set icons that you’d like to monitor the usage of in the Evidence of Care
This allows care planners to make changes to the care plan based on real feedback from the care staff, giving care planners the best opportunity to spot changes in needs and as a result, have more responsive, accurate Care Plans in place
